Shy cockerel, may mean aggressive rooster?

IMO, 'bold' and 'friendly' cockerels tend to grow up human aggressive much more often than the boys who want to avoid handling. I'd take your cockerel's behavior as a good sign, and make pets of your pullets if that's what you are looking for.
