Sicilian Buttercup Cockerel?

I got two Sicilian Buttercups, not sure on the age. When I bought them, one was already growing wing feathers and was quite a bit bigger than the other. The smaller, younger one now is developing much more quickly and has a very dominant and bossy demeanor, more than any of my other chicks (the other buttercup, two BSL and a mystery chick). Just looking for opinions from someone who knows more than my amateur self. The last photo shows it next to our other SB who is a little older, I’m guessing.

I'm no expert on the breed, but I'm sure thinking the one with the red comb and wattles is most likely a cockerel.
