I’d def keep it up. And yes if they haven’t seen her for a while one always feels like they have to put the “new” one in it’s place. I’d be very careful putting her in with chickens and her not 100% chickens can be cruel and injure with those beaks. She may not ever defend herself if she is low ranking hope she will though!

I agree with those who say could be Niacin deficiency. I have one Pekin who was Niacin deficient. I bought Brewers Yeast and my Pekins now get 1tbsp in their food every week. Took about two weeks for him to walk normally again. Before the Brewers Yeast he had a tough time walking, laid down a lot. Good luck!!

Sorry I haven't been on. I was away for a few days. When I got back she had gotten a bit stronger. When she heard my voice she managed to jump/ fly out of the tub.
She is able to stand better. And she trys so hard to walk. But she keeps stepping on her own feet.
So for the moment she's still living in tub getting her meds everyday.

Progress!! As for her stepping on her own feet she may always do this but let’s hope with your TLC and the meds it gets better. Thank you so much for updating.

Today is the day. She/he still not sure. Vent checked again saw nothing. But still no quack.
Put Angel out with others. I knew she was ready cause she flew out of tub three times in past day.
Put her in with the four stooges.
She immediately started playing in their water.
That same one came over to bully her.
Angel let her have it right back.
Lasted maybe a min. Done.
She's walking good & standing up right. pic not greatest but hard when she's flinging water ever where.
Her and I thank you for all your help and good will through this.
Now have you ever heard of a female Pekin not quack

Yes she peeps like a duckling. Once in a great while you get that raspy noise, but no real quack. Out of the four stooges there is 3 females and one distinctive male. Actually none of them stop making noise

Maybe Angel is a drake just hasn't gotten the drake feather yet.

My drake talks every breath just low and raspy nothing like his females. lol
