sick 4wk old chick loss balance

Hi, chick keeps falling to ether side, won't stand up, one eye is shut, wouldn't eat yesterday but ate heaps today,. it sleeps slot, yesterday it's beak and legs were grey, I put him in a beenie with hot waterbottle,. not sure what else to do,
yes the hot water bottle is in towel, 3 day he not been walking, he was with mum & 7 other chicks, poop is sold, greenish brown, he is 6 Weeks old today, he is such a little fighter, won't open eyes but still drink, has full control of head and wings, legs move but won't support his weight, I am new to chickens I think I am in over my head,

Glad you could join the flock! Sorry to hear you have a poorly chick Could your chick have sustained a head injury at all? Untill this point was it eating and drinking ok? When you say it's falling over to one side foes it just fall or flap about going backwards like it has no control of its head? If you have had it with others was it being bullied all? Sometimes they bully others out of food and water and they can become weak.

How long has he been like this? Did he fall/ was he dropped? Any apparent injuries, wounds? Is he pooping normally? Is the hot water bottle wrapped in a towel,? Otherwise he could get burned by it. Where were you keeping him before this happened? Is he your only chick?

I can't see any injury, there was a few tiny black bugs, with it's eyes shut their no weeping or puss, puiples move in light ,

The little guy is going down hill fast, poop runny, won't open eye, no interested in water or wet food, won't stop peeping ,
