Sick 8 week old chick

I just came home to find my 8 week old chick laying on its side squawking. My house sitter noticed it looking ill yesterday but said it had gotten up on its own and eaten. I can't tell what's wrong with her she's very weak but her breathing is fine. Her legs and wing look okay but she can't walk. Any advice? Thank you!

Is she all ruffled up? Standing around sleeping? Eating or drinking at all? Do you have a picture?

She does seem a little ruffled up and her feet are curled. She drank a little bit but she mostly lays with her eyes closed.

She looks like she needs Corid ASAP! Are the other chicks ok?

Do you have a Tractor Supply close by?

Yes the other chickens are all healthy and active. What's corrid? What do you think could be wrong with her?

It looks like coccidiosis.

They've been on medicated feed that protects them from that. Could it be something else?
