Starting yesterday one of my buff orpington chickens has started to act lethargic and has a slightly darker comb. Today she still has all of the above symptoms but also she pooped some diarrhea consistency discharge but it was pretty wet and the main part was white and the rest was these small yellow chunks. How do I fix her? Thank you.

How old is she? Does she lay eggs? Is her tail up or down in position? Do you have any pictures of her or her poops? Can you try getting her to drink some water with electrolytes or a little sugar?

This is her yellow diarrhea next to normal poop. It was more liquid when it first came out but it dried into this yellow powderish consistency.

Can you answer some of the questions in post 2? Yellow droppings can sometimes be a sign of E.coli bacteria in the reproductive tract.

sorry I am a little flustered:

How old is she? about 2-3 years old
Does she lay eggs? no Idea, eggs keep coming but Im not sure who from
Is her tail up or down in position? Down
Do you have any pictures of her or her poops? Picture above is the only one I have
Can you try getting her to drink some water with electrolytes or a little sugar? she drinks a little water and I forced her to eat some probiotic yogurt. She also stands all day which seems like a good sign at least..her comb also isnt that dark just slightly noticeable on the top

she seems a little more active today, I gave her a little probiotic yogurt yesterday and some corid today. Shes walking around a little but still lethargic. I have some dewormer coming tomorrow which I will give all of them.

Update: for what its worth she recovered, I gave her tylan (50?) for about 4 days, corid for about 2 days and made sure she ate things she enjoyed just to get food into her like mealworms and cheese...

Many hens can suffer from reporductive disorders after the age of 2. With her being lethargic, the yellow droppings, and her tail down position, I would suspect that. I would try to keep her eating feed, a little scrambled egg, and try to make her comfortable. Check her crop in the early morning to make sure that it is emptying overnight.
