Sick andalusian Lethargic 8 week old.

lethargic chick. Has been inside in regulated temps for about an hours. Has been fed some egg yolk and water. 8 weeks old all other birds in flock appear to be healthy. It does not have splayed legs but doesnt hardly move. When i move it too much it does open its eyes. I am just trying to determine what th best course of action is. The owner doesnt not care for medication and prefers natural remedies.

Well, its dead now. Just lethargic. I had given it yold and water and it was receptive. No heavy breathing. Similar to the same issues I had earlier on with these chicks. They have been seperated out and these are down at my parents house. They eat Nutrena layer feed. And water with some acv in it.
