HELP! Chicken limping in cold weather WILL DIE SOON!

What exactly are you feeding? Are they vaccinated? If they're all dying after limping, it could be vitamin deficiency or mareks
They are fed seeds, egg layers feed, and kitchen scraps as well as stuff from the garden sometimes. Only she is affected, the other two look fine. Her only problem I can identify is that she can only stand on one leg

How much layer feed to seeds/scraps? Can you feel up her leg for any warm areas, swelling?

Can she move her toes or feet if you stroke them? Have you tried to lift her to a standing position to exercise her legs some? What does she do? Oh, I see that she can stand on one leg. Does she always hold the other leg up, or can she put it down? If you could get some human vitamin B complex, I would give her 1/2 tablet daily, either directly into her beak or crushed in some egg or moist feed.

Ill try to crush some up in her feed. She usually stands on one leg but sometimes when whes about to fall over she quickly catch herself on the bad leg and then lifts it back up again

Dehyrdration is good for a death sentence in the cold. Glad to hear she's drinking. Dealing with water can be pain in the winter, but you have to get set up so that you can provide it so they can drink freely.
