Sick Baby Chick

I would give the chick some nutri drench or if you don’t have that a little bit of sugar mixed with water, that should give her a little boost. Maybe some egg yolk or scrambled egg if she doesn’t start eating.
I do have have and have given her some of that by dropper, along with water mixed with electrolytes and probiotics for chickens along with the egg yolk via dropper on and off since this morning, hoping to see some improvement soon.

I personally wouldn’t give the probiotics just yet, it could be to much to soon, the heavy breathing makes me think heat, what kind of heat source are you using?

A heat lamp in the brooder. But right now she is in the house in a box with a heating pad

Her vent looks good. We check the chicks daily. Are you thinking that she got overheated. And maybe needs to cool down?
Just looking at your picture, a box inside a box with padding, a heat pad and a towel over could be to hot, the heat would build up, it is just a thought, but worth a try 🤞

Do you think I should try putting her back in the brooder or keep her isolated for now with a better setup?

maybe keep her isolated for 24 hours to see if she perks up. The other chicks would probably just trample over her, which wouldn’t help. I would put her in the box with some bedding and the heat pad, water and food available. Keep giving the electrolytes 🤞
