sick baby chick

my baby chicks are 6 days old. went to cheak on them tonight one was dead. what am i doing wrong. they have pleanty of food and water. i am new at this. i have a heat lamp it is about 90 to 95
someone had told me to but molasses in the water. should i do this or not.

I am so sorry about your chickie!

wish I could help but I am fairly new to chick raising too. Hope someone will have some suggestions for you here. You could also post this in diseases and emergencies, they can probly help with some thoughts also! All the best to you and your littleones!
