Sick baby turkey!!

Hi all, I have a baby turkey that's maybe 2 weeks old. I found her this evening with an unwell look to her and labored breathing... Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?? I'm so worried. Gape worm maybe?

I would give some Poultry NutriDrench a few drops daily. I am not that familiar with turkeys, but it sounds like it might have a respiratory infection or possibly dying. Can you get it to take some water with a dropper or by holding a cup up to it’s beak?
