She had another sister, the sister was acting fine yesterday and popped up dead today. This particular one was acting lethargic yesterday, and we were immediately suspicious, and we should've acted yesterday. Today we found her laying on her side with her eyes closed and we were sure she was dead. We got closer to realize she's breathing. We found random blood on her and we decided to try and find a wound but there was none. We forced her to drink some water as she was clearly dehydrated and starving. The water seemed to help so we brought her back home to our younger, smaller flock that we have. We got her some chick boost in the water and she pooped, it was extremely runny and had blood in it. We got her to eat food and she's bouncing back and drinking and eating on her own right now. She's still pretty lethargic but is standing on her own now. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Is it just that she was dehydrated and starving or is there some type of parasite? (Both of the leghorns we got were not growing at a slow pace, and we were alreday worried about that) Any answers would be helpful!

It could be a lot of things, but a common problem is chicks being kept away from the food and\or water by other chicks. They usually recover quickly under care, as you described.

If mine I would place in a room or cage that is 80-85 degrees, weigh her. Depending on her weight and what her poop looked liked, I might treat for coccidiosis and worms. Can you post some pictures of her and her poop?

We have her under a heat lamp and also I'll post some pics of her, she pooped on a paper towel and we threw it away so no pics of the poop :(
