Yesterday morning I discovered one of my year-old bantams sitting fluffed up in the coop, completely lacking her normal energy. Upon further inspection, I discovered she was very thin and her crop was about the size of a ping-pong ball. After some gentle massages, her crop softened and she seemed to perk up a bit.
This morning I found her in the coop again, pretty much the same as yesterday morning. Is this just an issue with her crop? Or could there be something else wrong?

How is she doing?

About the same. I took her to the vet and she's got some medicine now. Time will tell...
