Sick bantam

I have a silver Sebright rooster who has been acting weird since Friday. I noticed he was sitting upright in the nesting box and not on the roost. He was doing the open mouth breathing but no rattle no congestion no watery eye, but let me hold him which is very unusual, I assumed it was respiratory, and started injection of antibiotic separated him with food and water. Day 2.no change, gave him vitamin and oregano water, he hasn't touched the food or water this is day 3 still no movement on the food or water he's doing the mouth breathing more today than before....I'm at a loss with this one. Ive been dealing with respiratory in.my 2.other coops, but symptoms are completely different.... Any ideas?

Tylan50, injected in what little breast meat he has he only weighs 1 lb, I gave him .25ml, I feed Kalmbach flock maintainer, he is just 1 year old
