Sick Bird?

I have 3 hens. 1 seems sick &/or injured. She seems to always have a dirty vent (I think that she had an issue passing an egg about 4 months ago.),. she's losing feathers on her underbelly, & now she has developed a pronounced limp. The past 2 days she's been sitting ALOT, mostly leaning on her side. She's been making a different kinda growling chirp sounds too. Any ideas? What kind of vet do you take them to?

I would call some avian or exotics vets. Maybe Mareks? I am lost. so many symptoms!
