sick BO roo

I have a Bo rooster that is almost 1 years old now , well we went to feed this evening and his eye is swollen and he is rattling when he breaths. What is wrong with him and what can I give him to get him better? He is my only BO roo. We call him big boy. My DH loves that rooster I think better than me. so any advise would help. there is no discharge anywhere.

Does your roo go outside everyday? Do you smell any ammonia odor in the coop? Any other symptoms you can think of that may be helpful. There are lots of respiratory illnesses that affect chickens and the more info the better. Is he eating/drinking? How are his stools?
