Sick Bourbon Hen

My 1yo Bourbon Red hen has been acting like she doesn't feel good for some time. She walks around with her wings down and her back feathers puffed. She stands in her water bowl a few times per day. She is not eating much and is clearly losing weight. She is not her usual active self. My other hen is fine and is hanging out with her. Where do I start to get her back to feeling well?

Can you post some pictures of her poop? Is a vet an option?

I am setting up a quarantine foe her now so that I can see her poop and keep her isolated. There is no vet in our area who will look at chickens or turkeys. I also offered her so bird seed with sunflower seeds and she seemed quite interested and went after it.

I posted yesterday than I have a 1yo Bourbon who has been acting sickly for some time, wings down, puffed back feathers, losing weight, but she is still eating and drinking just not as much as she usually has. She stands in her water often during the day. So I have watched her a bit closer today and found her poop!!

I picked up some vitamins and electrolytes today and will see if that helps. I'm hopeful but not thinking that's the problem.

How hot has it been, and when did she lay her last egg?

She hasn't laid in several weeks. It is in the high 80s and 90s this week but she's been sick for at least a month. We also have lots of shade and light breezes.
