Sick chick dilemna

I purchased 3 fancy chicks that were 2 weeks old last Sun. All 3 have become very clumsy & prefer to lay around. I expected them to quickly take a turn for the worse & die however all 3 just keep hanging in there (it's been 3-4 days now). They seem alert & able to get around but sort of need to flap their wings to balance them.
They have sugar water & medicated feed but I'm not sure what else to do for them.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I would try some human infant vitamin drops without iron, a few drops on the side of the beak for each one, every day. PolyViSol is the old standard brand, but generic is available, too.
