Silky chick, 5-6 weeks old. He/she's tucked up, doesn't wanna move much. (It's name is Batman, so I'm calling it a he.) At first I thought, maybe he ate something. But then I noticed him do something weird. He'll shake his head, beak down, and flail about for a second, sometimes with a real loud peep. He's done it several times in the past half hour. He's breathes with his mouth open sometimes.
I dunno what the heck's up with him.
He was fine less than 2 hours ago when I let them run around the room for some exercise. I've never had them do this before. They've been trying to fly a lot lately, could it be he hit his head too hard on the ceiling of their cage? He looks pretty miserable.
EDIT; Oookay so he's all better today. Acts like nothing ever happened. :| Guess he just wanted to give me a panic attack.
