Sick chick inside?

Our chicken seems like the breathing issue has gotten better. The chirp still sounds weird. The chicken has been in the house for about 5 days. Should we keep it in the house longer or put the chicken back with the other chickens?
Could the breathing issue be caused by allergies? It has been cold and hot for a while.

Our chickens can get allergies, or be allergic to certain things. Other times, it's just some irritant, like if you clean the coop with soap and water and a couple of chickens start sneezing.

Since it's been 5 days and has been improving, I still would be worried about the chirp not back to normal but it shouldn't be "catchy" as much anymore and might improve faster just by being back with its buddies.

Thank you we put the chick back with its buddies the chick was trying to get out and kept jumping at gate that we had on top of container that we had it in. It's more active then it was
