Sick chick not sure what to do. Please help

The styrofoam is to keep them in the cage. The only thing is that she will go right to the heat lamp and almost shivers when she is taken away.

How is she doing now?

She may be weak and fail to thrive. I would give her 2-3 drops of Poultry Nutri-Drench twice a day for 3-4 days.
Monitor the other chicks to make sure they are not overheating or provide them more space where they can be cooler if needed.

Other chicks are doing good She is still week. I'm going to get the nutri-drench now
