Sick Chick this morning

Woke up this morning to find one of my RIR chicks was really sick. I have 11 Barred Rocks, 10 Buff Opringtons and 5 RIR's they are 10 days old got them from the local farm store Runnings. She had her head tucked back like a duck would sleep and she could not open her eyes or move her head. When I picked her up her body was trembling like her systems was doing overtime. When i put her back down she ran circles for a few seconds then fell over like she went to sleep. They have been on medicated feed and clean water twice a day and their brooder is 3.5'x6' and consistently 95 degrees in the center and they spread out nicely all night to sleep.
Nothing else was visibly wrong besides she cheeped alot.
Any ideas - I guess I am concerned that there is a disease.

I am no chicken expert, but I have had problems recently with chicks acting ill. I would isolate the ill chick, even if it is in a cardboard box inside your brooder. You definitely don't wanting the rest coming down with it.

She didn't make it which makes me worried. But they all look heathy this morning.
