Sick chick with eye problem

Hi, this is buster and he has some sort of eye problem and sometimes his eye seems to shut close. His infection from his eye is spreading on his left side.His hair also seems to be drying. I dont know what I can do to get rid of his infection so if anyone can help me it would be highly appreciated !

I'm far from an expert but kinda looks like that. If it was me I'd cull the bird and hope like crap it aint spread, whatever it is.
