sick chick?

I have 10-day old AC chicks, and one is quite unsteady on its feet, using wings to balance. When I get chick out on floor with more room and alone, it seems to get steadier after a few minutes. When it is smaller area/tub (there are also other chicks-4), chick seems to be very unsteady. I have added electrolytes and pre/probiotic to water. Is there anything else or something different I should be doing? Temp is good at 85-90 degrees. They are moving around and don't seem to be too cold or hot. I do have area on one side warmer, and they are not moving over there either.

Do they have space to get out of the heat? A picture of your brooder or the space you're keeping them in would be helpful.
