Sick chick

I’ve had these chicks for around a week now and they are all healthy. today I found this chick who can’t seems to stay standing and bobs her head around. I’ve separated her from the other chicks but she still seems out of it. Any recommendations?

I had given her vitamins but she seemed to have had some sort of seizure and has passed. She started flailing around desperately before lying motionless.

I'm sorry about your chick, sometimes things go wrong and we just don't know why.
