I have a three week old Silkie that about two days ago started acting like something wasn't right. It was just sitting in the brooder, the other chicks would just jump on or over it and it would still just sit.
Yesterday I separated it, gave it some scrambled egg, which it gobbled down and filled its crop pretty good, and some yogurt too. Gave it fresh water and crumbles and put it to bed in its own little box. When it stood, it was favoring one leg. Then this morning it was actually standing up in the box, and didn't seem wobbly or anything. Gave it more egg, which it chomped down again. Tonight, it is look worse, it is starting to look skinny and just laying around.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what this might be from?

I don't have silkies but in general from what you describe your chick can need a boost for awhile if it's behind in growth...sometimes caused by vitamin deficiencies.
You can go to most any Walmart or drugstore and get some Poly Vi Sol liquid infant vitamins WITHOUT iron and drop 2 to 3 drops along it's beak 2 times a day. Do this for at least a week<I usually do 2 weeks> and then taper off gradually after that.
Make sure to keep warm and dry and separate from the others until it looks like it's getting stronger and feeling better. The scrambled egg and yogurt are great to give and you can also mix the yogurt with some of your starter and give that as a warm mash. Make sure to take out whatever your chick doesn't eat and replace with fresh so it doesn't spoil.
Your chick will need starter feed available 24/7 along with water too so that it has a balanced diet to get the nutrients needed.
I also keep chick grit out in a separate bowl if feeding anything other than starter feed.

I actually have been giving all the chicks the vitamin and electrolyte powder in their water. Nothing is helping the little tike right now. It wouldn't even eat this morning. I think we are going to lose this one. That is sad, but I really don't see much else that I can do right now. It is pooping normally too, by the way. I will keep trying but I can't do much more than I am at this point.
Thanks for the advice.
