sick chicken any advice?

I have one sick chicken. She is a 2 year old white leghorn. She stopped laying some time ago but seemed healthy all along. Now her comb is darker and flopped over and she keeps opening her beak and shaking her head and neck. She also is seperating herself from the other chickens now. I have put her in a seperate cage now just in case. None of the other (4) chickens are sick.

More info: She is thin but does not seem swolen anywhere. She shakes her head from time to time and stretches our her neck and opens her beak, alomost like she is choking on something.

Any suggestions?

I am FAR from an expert, but I would check for sour crop. It sounds like the symptoms to me.

I gave her a bath and discovered that her neck is completedl exposed on the back. You can actually see all the discs under her feathers. She keeps stretching out her neck and now I see why. I can't believe she can live like this. Ever seen this?
