Sick Chicken - breathing heavily, lethargic

I'll go in a bit to look for obstructions or lesions.
I'll take a photo of poop I think is hers from last night.

No coughing or sneezing, at least that I can recognize.

Sick a month ago - she was standing still, and her head was drooping down and her eyes were closed, and her eyes also got cloudy. Today the eye thing isn't happening, nor was the drooping. We asked our local "chicken lady" who suggested the antibiotics, and that worked.

No obstructions or lesions that I could see.

What I thought was her poop had been covered by the other chickens kicking dirt onto it.

How is she doing now?
Hard to know what's going on with her. If she's not been able to drink anything all day, I would hold some water up to her beak and see if she will take some water.

Is she laying eggs?
Has she pooped at all today?
