Sorry. It was probably something that couldn't have been avoided. She must have had something wrong with her, and would have died regardless. It's sad.

she might have been injured in some way..or simply had something wrong..

just keep an eye on the droppings and behavior of the others.

Thanks everyone for being so understanding. I hate losing one. So far, all the other girls are still ok. A neighbor stopped by today and said her husband wanted chickens. She just couldn't understand why. I know why.
