Sick chicken * graphic video*

Decided to dispatch my sick chicken, I have opened her up and was hoping for some insight from you knowledgeable folk.
I thought she was egg bound but she was full of green liquid

The hard organ with the grit in it is the gizzard. It looks to me like she had reproductive/ovarian cancer, which had spread. Liver doesn't look healthy either, probably from the cancer. Unfortunately it's not uncommon in laying hens. Nothing you could have done for her.

I would agree with what @coach723 said about possible reproductive/ ovarian cancer. The green liquid could have been dark ascites fluid from a liver disease due to the cancer. Ascites fluid is usually yellow to amber, but can be darker. Here is a good video of a vet necropsy with the organs labeled which can be helpful:
