Sick Chicken Help Needed

I have been in the naturopath space for almost three decades and don't rely on information from 'bloggers'. You are free to disagree but if you'd prefer that I remove my post I certainly will.

My point was that is not written by a blogger but an actual vet.

I absolutely do not want to to remove anything. We are all allowed to believe in what we choose.

Thank you. We are currently waiting for her appointment. I honestly don’t have high hopes. She’s not doing well in terms of eating and drinking


Update: I want to sincerely thank everyone for their support and guidance with Red.

I took her into the vet today and she was in such poor health that on recommendation we had her euthanized this morning.

Our vet had never met a chicken going on 8 years old and also discovered that she had a pretty significant heart murmur. Final diagnosis was organ failure due to age and he was confident that no treatments would make her better.

We said our good byes at 10:15 this morning and she’s crossed over the rainbow bridge.
