Sick chicken help! (Watching my moms chickens)

No poop is a bit alarming. Normally they poop many times a day. Can you check her vent for a stuck egg by putting on a disposable glove, lubing a finger, and inserting it 1 inch inside her vent. It will fill hard if there is an egg or soft like tissue if no egg.

How is pox
Did you check if she’s egg bound
Has she pooped yet
Is she drinking and eating
Is she sleeping a lot
Does she have any bumps or anything on the bottom of her feet
How is her comb and wattles based on how red
Is she still lethargic
i don’t think she’s egg bond. She pooped once or twice. She’s drinking water but not not eating, she is sleeping a lot, no bumps on feet. Her legs are pretty pale. I’m not sure how to check her comb

To check her crop: Keep food and water away from her tonight, then first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks anything, feel her crop (on right side of her breast below her neckline) It should be completely empty. During the day and until roosting time the crop should have food and water in it and can feel soft, hard, squishy and all kinds of ways. But first thing in the morning it should be empty. If it is not empty there is a problem.

Are the combs pale red or dark red like that
Is she losing weight?
Well Its great she’s drinking but she needs to eat

Theyre almost a purple. She’s a lot less lathargic today. She keeps trying to escape the chicken sling but is still top weakness to stand. I keep trying new foods but she’s not into them.

Okay, I will try that and report back.

I think what others have said far is good. You've done so well, especially considering you don't have much experience!
One way I get my sick chickens to eat is by adding some water to their food (if you have feed from the store) so it's easy to eat. I would also recommend giving her Nutri-Drench, especially since she's willing to drink water. I can't think of anything else other than what has been said already. Keep us updated, and good luck!
