Sick chicken!! Help

Today I noticed my chicken was lethargic and not eating. I picked her up and she didn’t fight to get away like she usually does. I took her away from the other chickens and put the “sick chicken pen”
Her crop is not full but it kinda feels really squishy like jello. She is 3 1/2 months old. This is my first batch of chickens and I am not sure what to do.

She is walking fine but I found bloody poop in the coop but I don’t know if it is hers.

Bloody poop can be a sign of coccidoius. Id give corid to the whole flock to be safe until you know for sure. Does she have any other symptoms other than lethargy?
