Sick chicken, help!

I have a Rhode Island Red hen who has stopped laying and has had loose stools all over her bottom. I’ve given her multiple baths to clean the area, but within a few hours the feathers are dirty again.

Any suggestions on what I should do to help her are welcome.

Do you have photos of her and the poop?

Consider getting fecal float to rule out worms.
Is her crop emptying, is there a yeasty discharge from the vent?

Is she lethargic?
How old is she?
She's stopped laying eggs...she may have some type of reproductive problem going on.

I will take one tomorrow and post! I’ve noticed some of her poo looks different, almost yellow and runny. I think she’s definitely been lethargic, the other night I gave them some treats to bring them back into the coop and this specific chicken was laying in the run and didn’t even get up to go get the treats (very unusual for her). About a Month ago I gave her some VetRX because I noticed she was laying down, closing her eyes and had labored breathing. The vet RX seemed to have cleared that up but now it’s a whole additional issue with the poop and lack of laying. I would say she’s around two at this point.
