I have a very small flock of 1 years old girls. One started with weezing now i have one that sounds like shes gurgling. I have treated for 5 days with Di methox with not much results ?? Dont know what to try next

Tetracylcines such as Duramycin work on respiratory issues. It is a good broad spectrum antibiotic you can get at most feed stores.
Oxytetracycline, Enthromycin, even Agrimycin treats respiratory issues. Run one of these thru them for 10 -14 days.
