Sick Chicken need help

She is about 4 years old has not laid eggs in 2 years. she was fine until 4 days ago. She is walking like a penguin and is week. She is still eating and drinking. She will not go to her roost either. She is the only chicken left of 10 she has been along for a year now. She has always been the tough one and the flock. I have given her electrolytes and probiotic the last few days. I did start Corid yesterday after seeing it on her. Her throat looks a little puffy i felt is and there is just one spot that is hard and it is tiny. She has diarrhea it is water also. PLEASE HELP thank you

I'm sorry that your hen is not doing well.
Can you provide us some photos of your hen and her poop?

Can you clarify the starting of Corid - you started it "after seeing it on her" - what did you see?
Her throat is puffy - do you mean her crop? Check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks it should be empty.

Feel her abdomen - between the legs toward the vent - is there any bloat or fluid?
If she is 4 years old and has not laid eggs in 2 years and is walking like a penguin I would say she is having a reproductive problem. It wouldn't hurt to feel inside the vent just to make sure there is not an egg stuck in there.
Sadly, reproductive problems are common in laying hen - Egg Yolk Peritonitis, Internal Laying, Salpingitis, cancer and tumors just to name a few conditions.

Do what you can to get her hydrated. If you have poultry vitamins add those to her water or direct dose her. Once she is drinking, then offer her a bit of food.
Some hens can rally for a while depending on what's going on, others continue to decline.

I started corid after seeing it in this forum. She has been fine up until 4 days ago and has not laid a egg in two years and has been fine. Her poop is clear water. I felt her she don’t seem to be hard or anything. She does have poop stuck to her butt now though. She did make it out of the coop and laying in the sun today

North Carolina but she has been alone for over a year now. She does not like other chickens and was mean to them when we had others.

Have you checked her for lice or mites?
It is extremely rare for a bird that age who has been living on the same property to need corid. Let me say, nearly impossible. She would have developed resistance to the coccidia species there long ago.

She looks like she has the very upright posture of a hen with internal laying. They can waddle, have runny droppings, may lose weight, may suffer from crop slowing, and appear lethargic. Here are some articles about internal laying and egg yolk peritonitis:

Would she have internal laying after not laying for 2 years? She has never been ill since we got her as a chick. Donthey start laying again after 2 years of now laying. I got a pic of her poop sorry not the greatest. I don’t see any mites or anything on her. She still drinking for me and wants to eat just fine. Just acts like she is drunk when she walks. And is slow moving thank you all so much for trying to help
