Sick Chicken! Opinions needed! Lethargic and Yellow poop

This morning I went to check on my chicks and one was acting very lethargic and not moving at all. I thought she might be egg bound as she was showing symptoms like puffed feathers, and tucked tail. I could not feel an egg but I thought I'd soak her to be safe. She is still not wanting to move and has started pooping this light yellow liquid. She is also wining when I pick her up and almost making snoring/wheezing noises when she breaths. I'm not sure what is wrong. Does anyone know what this could be?

How old is she and does she lay eggs normally? Have you seen any soft or shell-less eggs? I would give her a human calcium citrate with vitamin d tablet 300-600 mg, or a Tums orally. Just pop the tablet into her beak or give the Tums in 2 halves. The yellow dropping could be from a reproductive infection or disorder. Does she have any enlargement in her lower belly under her vent?
