Sick chicken or what? please help!

one of my chickens has been laying wrinkled eggs (shells) for the past five days. she is a bit inactive, mostly stands in one place for long periods of time. i picked her up and could hear lots of swishing of liqiuds in her upper chest. she doesnt make much effort to run away when i go near her and doesnt move alot when i throw them treats. she seems to be pooping alot, and they are watery and irregular. does anyone know if she has a certain illness or if she will get better?

how old is your hen? sometimes when they first start to lay they will lay odd shaped eggs, but it usually works it self out. What are you feeding and do you offer oyster shell on the side? then you have something going on with the crop possibly, check her crop in the morning it should be empty. unless you leave feed inside the coop all night. that is one way to tell if there is a crop problem by the size of the crop before they eat in the am.

Is it swishing in her crop or her abdomen?
Sounds like she might need some calcium too. Can you give her some oyster shell, along with some vitamin and mineral drink?

I can give her some oyster shells if thats what you say. she hasn't gotten worse and is a little more active. and i have no idea what crop is, thanks though. and by the way, she is at least two years old and a good layer. she is a barred rock.
