I would like to list my chickens symptoms:
Stand or lay in one place, eyes closed-only opens for half second, then closes again, yellow poop, no resp symptoms, dont see worms, found mites and treated- will treat again, wont eat or drink on her own, I have been using an eye dropper to give her fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, broth from her chicken feed, and today started on plain yogurt. She cannot hold her head up, it just flops. This has been going on for a month. What else could this be and how can I help her?

How old is she, and what were her symptoms in the very beginning? Have you gathered some droppings to take to a vet for a fecal test to look for coccidiosis or other parasites?
What did you treat with for the mites and how often? If you have any droppings that are typical, please post pictures? Besides her head being floppy, can she move her legs or does she hold them a certain way?

In the beginning she mostly stood in one place. She stopped eating or drinking. Her poop is thin and yellow. When I'm feeding her with an eye dropper or syringe I have to hold her head up or it just falls. She swallows easily. If I accidently give her too much at once she fights me, she will practically jump out of my arms if that happens. Eyes continue to be closed I will try anything at this point. I feel like I'm self-diagnosing. I gave her a blue dawn bath a couple weeks ago and natural mite spray. I will retreat again this week.

What type of natural mite spray? Does she still have mites?

For her to have a chance, I think it may be time for tube feeding until you figure out what a going on. Is her crop emptying properly?

Take care with the dropper; when she fights you, it may be because it’s aspirating into her lungs.

Did she ever lay? Whenwas her last egg? Hoping with your answers we can help figure this out.

Permethrin which is found at most feed stores, and will mix eith water, is best for mites. Mites can kill. Use at 7 day intervals on all nirds, then remove bedding and destroy of move far away. Spray empty coop and roosts, then add new bedding.

Look up how to tube feed a chicken. She sounds extremely ill. Electrolytes and vitamins in the water or poultry NutriDrench would be good to give her.
