Sick Chicken/Rooster Need dosing advice

I have aureomycin for poultry. It says 1/8th tsp per quart of water. How much do I give the bird? I am hand feeding him/her because he/she is so weak.

He has a bump on his head and is breathing through his beak. He is in the house in a box but not eating or drinking on its own.

Please someone help me!

You'll have to mix it up and try to give him the water by syringe. But, if you can get some Tylan50 it's really good.
