Sick Chicken

I have an 8 month old hen. She drinks a lot of water and then some of it comes back up. She eats some and her droppings are mostly water. Her croup seams to only have water in it. Her abdomen behind her breast bone is round and firm. She is not laying I know because she has been in the house for 3 days. My other 7 hens are fine and laying daily. I don't see any worms in any dropings. What could it be? She also is ruffled up like shes cold and was staying away from the others. I started nutr drench yesterday and haven't offered her any food today yet.

A few questions for you: Does she stand like a penguin? Is she lethargic? Does she look at her feed and just pick at it? Has she squawked at the other hens when they were all together especially when she was in a nest? Does she look or feel bloated, like a water balloon?

The above answer has some good questions but since you said her crop feels like it has only water in it, I wanted to ask what does her crop feel like? Is it squishy like a soft balloon? If you are not sure feel the crop of other hens to compare. This is just to rule out any crop issues.
