Sick chicken

Hello

Just dicovered a hen is sick. She is not moving from her spot, if placed somewhere, she stays there.
Eyes closing/opening-no discharge
Feathers look okay. Some are taken off on her back thanks to my rooster. No problem.
Legs look okay. She stands up and can move/walk so not lethergic.
Wattle/comb redish pink looks normal.

I am assuming shes egg bound as ive been doing some reading up on this.

Shes sat in warm water in a bucket to help her muscles relax thats what ive read.

What do you think it is?
How can I help her?
