Sick chicken

Hopefully, it will dry up soon. Don’t let the others peck at it. BluKote or gentian violet might help to color it blue and disinfect which prevents pecking.
 
Umbilicus area looks swollen to me, might be the pic, like the yolk has not fully absorbed.
Should be all absorbed at 4 days unless this chick was younger than the rest of them.
If there was scab there that was pulled off and oozed, it could already be infected internally.
Did you clean the goop off and apply some antiseptic?
Either it will heal up or not...some chicks just aren't 'right' and don't make it.
Her lack of activity does not bode well.
Is she eating and drinking?
 
She doing good but not growing any taller. Over a week old
