Sick chicken

Alright. I gave her water + vitamins through the tube, it went fine. I'm doing it again after 2 h. I bought some saline fluid, just in case.
The truth is that she is in a bad mood, I don't really have much hope; she also has diarrhea, all the feathers around the vent are dirty.
I'll continue tube feeding her, giving erytromicyn and see what happens .

My chicken is taking treatment for 3 days now, but unfortunately, there's no good change... Maybe just the fact that her poop thickened a bit. She's on antibiotic, vitamins and of course, tube feeding.
I have no chance with the vet because the Easter is coming for us and nobody is available at this time.
What else can I try for her? Thank you .

After all this time of treatment, and tube feeding with not much improvement, I would be making her comfortable and helping to end her suffering. Blood from the vent sounds very much like she has cancer, and she is probably in pain. I am very sorry, but I have lost many chickens at that age.

Thank you very much for all the advice. She had 5 great years, but now there's time to say goodbye, unfortunately, I'll end her suffering.
I've searched on this forum about cancer and I saw that Isa Brown can be easily affected on the reproductive system. Mine is the same breed.
If are there any other info related to this topic, please drop the links in here, maybe I can (at least try to) identify the symptoms.
One more question, do you think that a final stage of mycoplasmosis can look like this?
