From the swollen eyes and wattle, it may be that your hen has coryza, a chronic respiratory disease. How long has she had those symptoms? Does she smell bad? There looks to be bubbles and possibly pus in the eyes. She should be separated from other chickens. Have you added any new chickens in the last couple of weeks. Do you want to treat her with antibiotics? Where are you located? Here is a an article to read about coryza:

That is what I initially thought also. So this could be true. I did not add any new birds It is winter in NY. I dont know how she got this. I am worried it will go through my whole flock. She was a good bird. I am not against doing antibiotic. I just cant afford to spend hundreds on the bird. Not that she isn't worth it , because she is. I just don't have it

I would try to get some antibiotics. Tylosin (Tylan) is very good for MG symptoms. Doxicycline is as well. Sulfa antibiotics, such as Bactrim, SMZ-TMP, Sulfatrim, Albon, and Sulfadimethoxine can be better for symptoms of coryza.

I have used plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment. Medications may not work unless the puss is squeezed out or removed from the eyes. Warning, here is a graphic video on removing pus from an eye:
