Sick chicken?

This is my first time posting on this so I'm not sure how it works. But this is Griffin, my Austrolorp chicken (she's female btw)
Some of my chickens have been molting so that might be it, but I want to know if this chicken might be sick.
I know you probably won't be able to tell exactly because the pictures are low quality, sorry, my my camera on my phone is broken (and she kept moving.)
Also, the green thing on her beak is grass.

what has led you to believe shes sick?

The white specks on her head look like new feathers coming in, to me. I have a BA who looks the same way, and she's going through a partial molt at 7.5 months. She has stopped laying, and seems... quieter; not really lethargic. My other two BA pullets (same age) are still laying, though a lot less than a month ago, as the hours of daylight wane.
