Sick chicken

Help! Yesterday I came out to let my 4 girls out and my chicken thats a little over a year seemed weak and had her eyes closed, wouldn’t eat or drink and every time she took a couple steps she looked like she lost her balance. Everyone gave me advice that she could be egg bound cause her bottom kept going up and down also. So I brought her in, gave her egg yolk, electrolyte water and a warm bath , put her outside after she didn’t do anything inside and she seemed better. Today she is eating , walking around better but still falls a smidge . There is an egg I believe to be hers because only three of mine are laying .. I’m not sure if she was egg bound or something else!
