Sick chicken?

Hello, my hen suddenly started to shake her head,yawn,and scratch her head. I'm very confused because her throat is clear and I also checked her feathers and found nothing. I checked her ears and theres nothing big, I just noticed her ears are a bit pink but I'm seriously confused. She walks normally and eats/drinks normally.

Is she doing it constantly, or just a few times?
