Sick chicken

My chicken is egg bound and has flystrike. We are treating it with Epsom salt bath with apple cider vinegar and diatomaceous earth in the vent. Does she need vet attention or our at home treatments enough?

Can you post any pictures of the flystrike? Do not put DE or ACV in the vent or around the flystrike. DE does nothing when wet. Pick off any possible maggots now and for at least 24 hours as they hatch out. Keep her away from flies, and away from the other chickens so she doesn‘t get pecked. Apply plain Neosporin ointment to her vent area after each soak. As recommended a vet may be best for her.
