My hen has been acting weird. She seems anxious to eat but can’t get it down. She has isolated herself and just sits all day. When I pick her up she has definitely lost weight

What breed is she?
How long have you had her?
Is she still laying eggs?
What kind of feed do you give your chickens?
When did you first notice her problems?
What do you mean "she can't get it down"? Does she cough it up or vomit?
How does her crop feel? (Right now - should be full at bedtime!)
Do you notice any other problems, like distended belly, runny sinuses or crusty eyes, pale or bluish comb, etc.?
